I know that hiring a contractor can be a stressful and inconsistent experience. That’s why I offer one month of post-service support at no additional cost.
For one month after service, If you are having technical difficulties or something isn’t working quite like you expected, you can contact me and I will walk you through it. If the issue is not fixable by phone or e-mail, I will arrange an in-home visit to come take a look and troubleshoot. If the issue is not fixable, I will order replacement parts as needed, or if the issue is a fault of my installation and setup, I will fix it at no cost to you.
I want you to be 100% satisfied with the entire process, from equipment to setup to post-service support.
