Pricing and Services

In-Home Estimates – Always free.

Materials / Equipment – 5% commission if I order and deliver them to you for installation. This includes mounting hardware, cable channels, speakers, acoustic treatment, etc. This will be based on the total price I paid at time of purchase, including tax. There is no additional fee if you order your own equipment for me to install and it is on-site when I arrive.

Consultation – $75. This is if you want consultation help and suggestions for setting up your own space, but don’t want to hire a professional installer. This fee will be applied as a discount towards further services if you choose to hire me.

Screen Calibration – $75. This involves calibrating a 4K television or projector for one picture setting, usually “Cinema” or “Movie”, to be as accurate as possible to industry standards. A 4K UHD Blu-Ray player will be needed. If one needs to be supplied, there will be an additional $15 fee.

Sound Calibration – $50. This involves measuring your speaker system at the ideal listening / viewing location so all your speakers are balanced and at preferable levels.

Standard Installation* – $100/hr, 2 hour minimum. 1 minute rounds up to one hour. This includes speaker arrangement and/or mounting, wiring, wire management, screen or projector placement, sound calibration, screen calibration, cleanup, furniture arrangement, etc. *In-wall wiring and speaker installation is an additional $20 per speaker or device
